You can delete your account directly from the Quicks mobile app, or use the form below if you've lost access.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open the Quicks app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. The in-app flow anonymizes your profile and starts the deletion process immediately.

Request deletion by form

Use this form if you no longer have access to the app or your account email. We'll verify the request and confirm by email once we've processed it — typically within 30 days as outlined in our privacy policy.

What happens after you submit

  • We email you to confirm the request and verify ownership of the account email.
  • Your personal data is anonymized; active rentals are settled first if any exist.
  • Transactional records required by Romanian tax law are retained for the legally required period, with identifying data minimized.
